User Support
When something goes wrong our first priority is to diagnose the problem and make sure you know how it will be resolved. Sometimes issues arise as a result of failures with hardware, on other occasions users need guidance or reassurance. Whichever applies, we'll respond quickly to make sure your systems continue to operate. Where we can't directly influence the situation, we'll be on hand to offer any assistance we can until the matter is resolved.
Technical Support
We want to maximise your productivity. Should anything happen to compromise that we'll respond quickly to ensure we implement a fix or a work-around to get things back to normal. If we discover a bug, we'll work with you to agree a suitable solution and implementation plan.
